Junior Creative Animator role at Perion, a global advertising technology company. Responsibilities include creating 2D animations for digital ad formats (social, CTV, DOOH, display), applying motion design principles, animating typography, translating creative briefs into visual stories, collaborating with designers and project managers, and staying updated on motion design and digital advertising trends. Requirements: portfolio with 2D animation and motion design work, basic to intermediate Adobe After Effects skills, basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills, good composition and storytelling skills, ability to simplify complex messages visually, openness to feedback, and fluent English. Nice to have: After Effects 3D or Blender experience, exposure to AI-assisted design tools, interest in AdTech or programmatic advertising.
