Requirements
10+ years experience including both agency and in-house experience

Passion for deeply understanding the needs of engineers and innovating on recruiting processes tailored to AI
Trusted advisor on complex compensation frameworks, including equity with understanding of market dynamics across pre-IPO and public company environments
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive attitude and ability to operate with autonomy
Extensive experience partnering with engineering candidates and hiring managers
Proven track record of scaling and building diverse and high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Creative approach to building a robust and scalable bench of talent
