Resolve service requests and access issues including complex and escalated tickets within established service levels

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in an IT services or IT support role
Working knowledge of identity and access management, IT procurement, IT asset management, and software license management
Experience with ITSM and ticketing platforms, ERP and procurement systems, and ITAM or IAM tooling
Practical understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, request, problem, access, change, and configuration management
Familiarity with compliance standards and control frameworks, including SOX, GDPR, and SOC 2
Experience supporting a multi-location, global environment is preferred
Prior experience working within the ITIL framework in a SOX regulated environment is highly desired
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mindset
Ability to balance operational support responsibilities with strategic project work
Ability to work independently, share knowledge actively, and contribute in a cross-trained team

Must be regularly available to work at least 8 hours per day, five days per week
Must be available and willing to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Will be required to carry a company-funded smartphone and respond to urgent calls in a timely manner
