Full job description
Skai is seeking an IT System Administrator to join the Corporate IT team. The role involves daily IT support, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, administering identity and access systems, supporting Google Workspace, and migrating automation workflows to agentic IT processes. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Corporate IT or IT Helpdesk within a SaaS environment, strong customer service skills, hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, onboarding/offboarding management, IT automation tools (Okta Workflows, Workato, Make, Zapier), familiarity with GitHub and Google Cloud Platform, and experience with AI-driven or agentic workflows. The position operates in a hybrid work model based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
