Full job description
Skai is seeking an IT System Administrator to join the Corporate IT team. The role involves daily IT support, managing employee onboarding/offboarding, administering identity and access systems, and supporting Google Workspace. The candidate will migrate and build agentic IT workflows using AI-driven tools to improve efficiency. Requires at least 3 years of experience in Corporate IT or IT Helpdesk in a SaaS environment, strong service orientation, hands-on Google Workspace administration, experience with IT automation tools (Okta Workflows, Workato, Make, Zapier), familiarity with GitHub and Google Cloud Platform, and experience with AI-driven workflows.
