Full job description
The role requires ownership of the functional integrity of one or more SAP BRIM modules within the Order-to-Cash platform. The candidate must have deep expertise in at least one core SAP BRIM module (SOM, CI, FI-CA, CC, or CM) and ensure billing and revenue processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with SAP standards. Responsibilities include functional design, configuration, testing, integration, and documentation of the module, prioritizing configuration over custom code. The candidate will analyze business processes, collaborate with teams, support testing and stabilization phases, and troubleshoot defects. Required experience is 5+ years in SAP BRIM with strong analytical skills, hands-on SAP configuration experience, and comfort working in Agile and international teams. The position is full-time, based in Gurgaon, India, with a hybrid working model. Act as the go-to functional expert for assigned BRIM module(s)
Own end-to-end functional design, configuration, and evolution of the module aligned with business needs

Troubleshoot and resolve defects in functional area
Enable integration with third-party applications such as CRM, tax engines, and R&D platforms
Requirements
5+ years of experience in SAP BRIM with deep expertise in at least one core module (SOM, CI, FI-CA, CC, or CM)
Strong understanding of cross-module dependencies and integration points across the BRIM stack
Structured, standard-first mindset preferring configuration over custom code
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing inconsistencies in billing, charging, or accounting flows
Experience supporting business stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Product) in translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions
Hands-on configuration experience working directly in SAP
Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments
Experience working in international and distributed teams
