Full job description

Appodeal seeks an Independent Board Director with extensive experience in performance-based advertising technology, especially DSP platforms driven by machine learning and optimization algorithms. This non-executive board role involves providing strategic guidance on DSP product strategy, machine learning-driven ad optimization, advertiser acquisition and growth, and competitive positioning. The director will participate in quarterly board meetings, advise the CEO and leadership team, contribute to product strategy and partnerships, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support the company through industry connections. The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in performance advertising platforms or marketing infrastructure, a strong industry network, high strategic judgment, and an independent mindset. The role requires approximately four weeks per year commitment and is remote with offices in the USA and Barcelona.

What you'll do
