Full job description

RTB House seeks an HR lawyer with 3+ years experience in employment legal practice, preferably across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include reviewing and overseeing HR documentation for legal compliance, drafting HR legal documents for Polish and international entities, providing labor law support throughout the employee lifecycle, collaborating with HR and Finance on policies, and preparing legal reports. Requires deep knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, remuneration and commission frameworks, strong communication skills, and excellent English (min. C1). Qualification as a Polish attorney or advocate is a plus. The role is fully remote with flexible service provision and based on a B2B or contract of mandate agreement.

What you'll do

  • Review, process, and oversee all types of HR documentation to ensure full legal compliance
  • Draft and coordinate HR legal documents across both Polish and international entities, including complex commission and bonus schemes
  • Provide legal support on labor law and employment legislation, advising internal stakeholders across the entire employee lifecycle (from hiring to termination)
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to create, update, and implement internal procedures and policies
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, legal analyses, and summaries to support internal company decision-making

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in employment legal practice, preferably in more than one legal jurisdiction
  • Deep knowledge of employment/HR law, including regulatory compliance, remuneration structures, commission frameworks, and internal investigations
  • Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex legal projects
  • Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing, including Legal English (min. C1)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to operate effectively within international cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail, paired with a proactive, adaptable mindset
  • Qualification as a Polish attorney-at-law (radca prawny) or advocate (adwokat) considered an asset but not strictly required
