Full job description

Pixalate seeks a Human Resources Manager with 5-8+ years experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably in tech or startups. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and commercial roles, collaborating with leadership for candidate fit, managing offer negotiations, onboarding new hires, optimizing HRIS and ATS systems, and tracking HR metrics. Requires a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, HR certifications preferred, strong negotiation skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and HRIS/ATS platforms. What you'll do

  • Act as primary recruiter for high-impact technical, operational, and commercial roles
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process including resume screening, sourcing, interviewing
  • Collaborate with executive team and hiring managers to ensure cultural and technical fit
  • Lead offer extension and negotiation process to maximize acceptance rates
  • Cultivate strong candidate relationships to ensure positive hiring experience
  • Manage day-to-day onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively
  • Monitor and improve recruiting and HR programs continuously
  • Manage and optimize HRIS and ATS for data integrity and compliance
  • Oversee interview and meeting scheduling globally
  • Track hiring and HR metrics to provide data-driven recommendations and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and global HR Operations, ideally in tech or venture-backed startups
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR professional certifications preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
  • Strong recruiting strategy and employee relations skills
  • Experience with complex offer negotiations including compensation, equity, and benefits
  • High accountability and ownership of outcomes
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of business and employee information
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and modern HRIS/ATS platforms
