Full job description
Vibe.co is hiring a mid-level HR Business Partner to own the people agenda for France, Europe, and Asia technical teams. The role partners closely with senior technical leaders including the CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering, focusing on employee relations, French labor law compliance, talent lifecycle management, organizational design, and career framework development. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in both scale-ups and larger companies, knowledge of French labor law, experience supporting engineering and product teams, and fluency in English and French. Benefits include equity, variable pay, hybrid work (3 days/week in Paris), health insurance, meal vouchers, and annual team offsite. Salary range is €75,000–€100,000.
