Full job description
Vibe.co is hiring a mid-level HR Business Partner for its technical teams in France. The role involves partnering with senior technical leaders (CTO, SVP Product, SVP Engineering) to manage the full talent lifecycle, lead employee relations, ensure compliance with French labor law, coach managers, advise on organizational design, and build career frameworks. Candidates must have 3-5 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience in both scale-ups and larger organizations, knowledge of French labor law, experience supporting engineering and product teams, fluency in English and French, and familiarity with People programs such as Total Rewards and performance cycles. The position offers hybrid work flexibility based in Paris, a salary range of €75,000–€100,000, equity, variable pay, health insurance, meal vouchers, and annual offsite events.
