Tatari seeks a part-time People Operations Coordinator (20 hours/week) to support the People Operations team in Poland and Ukraine. The role involves acting as liaison between the USA POPs team and European teams (~25 people), managing the full employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with regulations, handling onboarding/offboarding, payroll, expense management, benefits issues, data and hardware management. The coordinator will drive company culture through remote team building and 1:1s, support recruiting tasks including scheduling and preliminary interviews, and assist with ad hoc projects. Requirements include 1+ year experience in HR or administrative roles, fluency in Ukrainian, B1/B2 English or higher, good judgement with sensitive information, ability to work independently across time zones, and availability 4-8pm Kyiv time on business days. Experience with Rippling, Remote (EOR), Workday, Expensify, and Greenhouse is a plus.
