Full job description
BidMachine is seeking a Head of Product Engineering to lead the technical and product vision of its demand-side platform (DSP). The role involves unifying Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, BI, and backend engineering into a single product function. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end product roadmap, leading a team of about 20 professionals, collaborating with sales and go-to-market teams, and transitioning from managed-service to self-service advertiser tools. Requirements include 10+ years in software engineering with hands-on DSP experience, 5+ years in senior leadership managing cross-disciplinary teams, strong knowledge of machine learning and data science, solid data engineering and BI skills, a relevant degree, excellent stakeholder management, advanced English, and willingness to relocate to Barcelona.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end technical and product roadmap for the UA DSP, from bidding and prediction through to reporting and BI
- Unify Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, BI, and backend engineering into one product function with aligned decision-making
