BidMachine is seeking a hands-on Head of Gaming Publisher Mediation to manage and grow gaming publishers on its mediation and direct-integration products. The role involves leading sales efforts with the sales team, selecting appropriate integration paths, onboarding publishers, improving publisher value through features like ad caching, owning the mediation product roadmap, translating publisher feedback into technical requirements, ramping accounts and handing them over to retention teams, and building and managing a small cross-functional squad. The candidate must have product and commercial ownership experience, mediation or direct-integration experience on the publisher side, experience with gaming publishers, technical literacy, commercial planning skills, demonstrated practical AI experience, strong data analysis capabilities, and be able to work office-first in Barcelona.
