BidMachine is seeking a senior Head of Exchange Product & Operations to manage the commercial and operational performance of its programmatic exchange. The role involves direct engagement with C-level leaders of top publishers and demand partners, running exchange operations above agreed gross-profit margins, growing gross profit quarterly, and prioritizing projects to improve exchange performance. The candidate will write and execute the product vision, including hands-on coding or AI-assisted coding, and test auction components to optimize performance. Requirements include proven experience scaling a programmatic exchange or SSP, strong communication skills with senior partners, demonstrated AI experience, strong data analysis skills, and resilience in a fast-changing environment. The position is full-time, hybrid, and based in Barcelona, Spain.
