Full job description
StackAdapt seeks a Group Manager, Video Production to lead creation of high-quality, memorable video content including Super Bowl-quality commercials, brand campaigns, and customer stories. Responsibilities include concepting, producing, and delivering video content that elevates brand perception, managing production workflows, and building a scalable video production engine. The role requires experience in storytelling, directing, cinematography, editing, sound, and managing production teams and agencies. Candidates should have a portfolio of commercial or brand storytelling work and expertise in producing national TV/CTV-caliber advertising. Requirements
Portfolio of exceptional commercial, brand, documentary, or customer storytelling work
Experience taking productions from initial idea through concepting, pre-production, filming, post-production, and final delivery
Creative ambition and production expertise to deliver national TV/CTV-caliber advertising
Strong instincts for storytelling, casting, directing, cinematography, editing, music, sound, and pacing
Ability to uncover compelling human stories from customers, employees, and executives
Experience managing agencies, directors, production companies, freelancers, budgets, schedules, and complex shoots
Ability to move comfortably between big-budget hero productions and fast, scrappy experimentation
Strong understanding of how video performs across TV/CTV, YouTube, social, digital, events, and emerging channels
Willingness to challenge conventional B2B marketing and push for more ambitious, entertaining, and culturally relevant work
Experience managing full-time direct reports
