Full job description

RTB House seeks a mid-level graphic designer to create digital advertising banners (static and animated) and co-develop technological marketing solutions. The role involves collaboration with sales, customer service, and technical teams to maintain visual identity consistency. Requirements include solid digital advertising design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop), basic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript knowledge, familiarity with Adobe Animate, strong aesthetics, creativity, communication skills, fluency in Polish and English, and good organization. Experience with Key Visual creation and animation skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus. The position offers stable, long-term B2B or contract of mandate cooperation with flexible arrangements and opportunities to work on innovative RTB marketing projects for top brands.

What you'll do

  • Design and create advertising banners for digital campaigns (static and animated)
  • Co-create new solutions in the area of technological marketing
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, customer service, and technical departments
  • Ensure consistency of customers' visual identity across all materials

Requirements

  • Solid experience in digital advertising design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Adobe Animate
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail in all design work
  • Creative approach and ability to propose fresh ideas
  • Good communication skills and openness to working with internal teams
  • Fluency in Polish and very good command of English
  • Well-organized, with good time management and teamwork skills
  • Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Nice to have: experience with Key Visual creation (portfolio welcome), animation skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro
