RTB House seeks a mid-level graphic designer to create digital advertising banners (static and animated) and collaborate on technological marketing solutions. Responsibilities include working with sales, customer service, and technical teams to maintain consistent visual identity for clients. Requirements include solid digital advertising design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop), basic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript knowledge, familiarity with Adobe Animate, fluency in Polish and good English, strong aesthetics, creativity, communication, and organizational skills. Nice to have skills: Key Visual creation, animation in After Effects and Premiere Pro. The role offers stable long-term B2B or contract of mandate cooperation, flexible arrangements, and experience in RTB marketing.
