Full job description

RTB House seeks a mid to senior level professional to optimize and integrate mobile gaming campaigns, focusing on in-app performance retargeting and re-engagement. The role involves technical problem solving, advising internal teams, improving advertising strategies, and staying current with mobile gaming advertising trends. Requirements include experience with DSPs, strong analytical skills, proficiency with MMPs and data analytics tools, knowledge of JavaScript is a plus, excellent communication, and fluency in English. What you'll do

  • Optimize and integrate gaming campaigns to deliver on clients’ goals
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions for client problems
  • Advise commercial, traffic, creative and internal teams
  • Improve clients advertising strategy and provide retargeting recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, especially mobile gaming advertising
  • Supervise creation of advertising materials like dynamic ad banners
  • Adjust campaign parameters and test performance results
  • Work closely with account managers to ensure timely customer service
  • Propose solutions for new tools and process development

Requirements

  • Experience in ad tech mobile gaming growth advertising industry, especially in-app gaming performance retargeting and re-engagement campaigns and the RTB process from a full service (managed) DSP perspective
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems efficiently and manage all technical issues independently
  • Proficiency in cooperation with MMPs and other integration and data analytics tools
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or other programming language is an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate smoothly and concisely with various internal stakeholders
  • Strong results-orientation, consultative approach and ability to work independently with positive, can-do attitude in an international environment
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite, as well as customer support and project management tools and processes
  • Multi-tasking, resourcefulness, with a high level of energy and motivation
  • Fluent English is a must, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Genuine interest in mobile growth, gaming, and latest AI technologies applications
