Junior FP&A Analyst role based in Tel Aviv. Responsible for delivering business financial projections and advising on financial activities in collaboration with local and head office teams. Key duties include executing compensation plan calculations, coordinating budget-procurement relations, supporting procurement workflows, collaborating with multiple departments, acting as main contact for incentive matters globally, providing financial support and analysis for various teams and projects, and performing data analytics on financial data. Requires a degree in Finance/Accounting or similar, strong analytical and communication skills in Hebrew and English, proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and accounting applications, attention to detail, and 1-2 years relevant experience preferred. Position is full-time with hybrid work arrangement.
