The Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) bridges the gap between Pixalate's platform and customers' business environments, acting as the technical lead on sales calls and managing product-specific configurations. Responsibilities include technical partnership with sales, product line ownership, customer validation, trial ownership, solution architecture, use case definition, churn risk mitigation, and post-integration handoff. Required qualifications include strong understanding of data integration, APIs, system architecture, ad tech familiarity, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred qualifications include experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, digital fraud detection, solutions engineering, and knowledge of CTV and mobile analytics. The role requires time zone flexibility and multitasking ability.
