Full job description

Lead financial operations for foreign subsidiaries and drive group-wide financial processes. Supervise financial operations, maintain contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices, provide financial support to business managers, oversee financial processes including reporting and systems, manage accounts receivable and credit risk, control and forecast cash flow, prepare financial data for consolidation, assist in developing financial procedures, prepare analyses and forecasts, collaborate with finance teams and management, and lead a small team. Requires university degree in Finance or related field, 5+ years experience in finance, controlling or auditing, proficiency in accounting and corporate finance, strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, knowledge of financial reporting principles and IFRS, English proficiency, preferred tax law knowledge, and strong analytical and organizational skills. Remote position based in Poland with stable long-term B2B contract.
