Finance Analyst role supporting financial operations for US and LATAM markets. Responsibilities include client payment clearing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, bank reconciliations, accounts payable support, cross-functional communication, financial analysis, process optimization, data governance, issue resolution, and audit support. Requires 2+ years finance/accounting experience, advanced English, Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and availability on America's timeline. Nice to have: familiarity with banking portals, QuickBooks, accounting principles, audits, process improvement, SQL, and AI models. Flexible remote or hybrid contract work based in Poland.
