Candidates must have 10+ years of executive assistant experience, including 3+ years supporting global leadership, strong business acumen, high emotional intelligence, discretion, and proficiency with modern AI-powered productivity tools. Responsibilities include maintaining executive environments, partnering with HR for onboarding, refining administrative processes, and representing the Executive Office professionally.
