StackAdapt seeks an Employment Counsel with 3+ years of employment law experience to support employment law functions across Canada and other international markets. The role involves providing advisory support, managing complaints and litigation, partnering with People & Culture on employment lifecycle matters, drafting agreements and policies, supporting compliance projects, and aiding international expansion. The candidate must be called to the bar in a Canadian province, preferably Ontario, have strong knowledge of Canadian employment and human rights law, excellent judgment, project management skills, and be comfortable using AI tools in legal workflows. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates located in Canada.
