Director, Value Consulting role to quantify business impact of strategic and technology investments. Responsibilities include building financial and measurement frameworks, developing business cases, financial models (P&L projections, ROI analysis, budget forecasting), leading consulting deliverables, client discovery, managing consulting delivery, governance reporting, business prioritization, market research, and executive presentations. Requires Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy/consulting, or business/digital transformation, 5+ years financial modeling and data analysis experience, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to work in matrixed and ambiguous environments. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields)
7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy/consulting, business transformation, or digital transformation
5+ years of experience creating financial models, analyzing data, and working with large datasets in Excel or similar tools
Experience translating insights into relevant recommendations and presentations
Proficiency in PowerPoint
Comfortable working within a matrixed organization with wide latitude
Comfortable operating in ambiguity where defining what to measure is part of the job
