Requirements
5-7 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, Talent Operations, Program Management, or related People functions
Experience leading enterprise-wide or global people programs
Demonstrated success building scalable processes and operational frameworks
Strong project and program management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations
