Nexxen is hiring a Director of Programmatic Partnerships to drive incremental spend from DSPs and their buyers through incentives, deals, open auction SPO, and other methods. The role involves uncovering new opportunities, structuring and closing deals, and expanding Nexxen’s footprint across DSP partners including Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, and Viant. The position is hybrid, based in NY, LA, or Chicago, requiring three days in office weekly. Responsibilities include driving DSP revenue growth, hunting and closing new opportunities, structuring deals, developing growth strategies, building relationships with DSP decision-makers, collaborating cross-functionally, advocating for partners internally, and tracking/analyzing performance. Requirements include 6+ years in programmatic advertising with revenue-driving experience at DSPs or SSPs, proven deal-closing and revenue growth track record, deep knowledge of CTV, PMPs, open auction, SPO, strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and an analytical mindset. Salary range in New York is $130,000 - 160,000 with potential incentives.
