Full job description
Director of Finance role leading global financial operations, compliance, tax, and treasury initiatives. Manage Controller, Payroll Controller, and AP functions. Responsibilities include team leadership, financial reporting per US GAAP, multi-jurisdictional tax strategy, tax audits management, treasury operations, and vendor/AP oversight. Requires 7+ years financial leadership experience in global SaaS/Tech, preferably Big 4 background, expertise in US GAAP, international taxation, FX hedging, and AI-driven process optimization. Strong leadership, analytical, and multitasking skills needed.
