Full job description

Director of Customer Success role responsible for advising executive leadership on customer growth and retention strategies, leading the Customer Success team, and managing key client relationships in the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Requires 4+ years of client-facing experience in customer success or technical sales in digital advertising, strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad fraud prevention, and digital media tools. Responsibilities include strategy development, team leadership, client engagement, data-driven monitoring, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
