Full job description

Director of Customer Success role focused on leading and developing the Customer Success team, advising executive leadership on strategies to grow and retain customers and partners. Responsibilities include managing key client relationships in the programmatic ecosystem, guiding customers on ad fraud prevention and privacy compliance, using data-driven metrics to monitor engagement and account health, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing on upsell and cross-sell strategies. Requires 4+ years in customer success or technical sales in digital advertising, strong programmatic advertising knowledge, and ability to communicate with C-level clients.
