Full job description
Director of Customer Success role responsible for advising executive leadership on customer growth and retention strategies, leading the Customer Success team, and managing key client relationships in the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Requires 4+ years experience in customer success or technical sales in digital advertising, strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, Invalid Traffic (IVT), and ad operations tools. Responsibilities include strategy setting, client relationship management, data-driven monitoring of engagement and account health, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing for upsell opportunities.
