Full job description
Director of Customer Success role responsible for advising executive leadership on customer growth and retention strategies, leading the Customer Success team, and managing key client relationships in the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Requires 4+ years in client-facing customer success or technical sales roles within digital advertising technology. Responsibilities include strategy setting, client relationship management, data-driven monitoring of engagement and account health, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing for upsell opportunities. Must have deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, Invalid Traffic, digital media terminology, and ad operations tools. What you'll do
- Partner with executive team to set strategy driving customer engagement, growth, retention focusing on churn reduction and client advocacy
