Full job description

StackAdapt seeks a senior professional with 8+ years in programmatic digital advertising and business development experience with SSPs, DSPs, data, or media companies. The role involves managing data partnerships in EMEA, shaping product strategy, leading identity and signal development, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize data solutions. Candidates must have strong relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of data provider landscapes, project management experience, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Experience with AI tools and understanding AI's impact on marketing is essential. What you'll do

  • Partner with Data Solutions and Vertical Program teams to shape EMEA contribution to global data product roadmap
  • Lead partner strategy for identity and addressability signals in EMEA
  • Own relationships with key data partners across targeting, measurement, and identity
  • Identify and scale high-impact partnerships delivering strong ROI
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, and technical teams for go-to-market efforts
  • Capture market intelligence and translate customer insights into product inputs
  • Partner with Technical Operations to streamline and automate partner onboarding and performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with AI teams to ensure quality, integrity, and compliance of data signals powering AI solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of programmatic digital advertising experience
  • Experience in business development for SSPs, DSPs, data companies, or media companies
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with premium data partners in EMEA
  • Experience collaborating with internal solutions and product teams
  • Deep understanding of data provider landscape across targeting, measurement, and identity
  • Experience managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Understanding of AI agents and AI-based solutions impact on marketing and advertising
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, quantitative field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using AI tools for research, automation, and problem solving
