Full job description
DeepIntent is seeking a Director, Client Success to manage post-sales activities and client relationships for key strategic accounts. Responsibilities include client communication, campaign optimization, performance analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Strategy, and Analytics teams. The role requires 8+ years in client success within adtech or programmatic industries, strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work options. Location: New York, NY.
What you'll do
- Manage all day-to-day operations associated with key strategic accounts; serve as the primary point person for all post sale client requests and communication with clients (including optimizations, reporting, recommendations, etc.)
- Develop, grow and maintain solid customer relationships with clients through exceptional client service
