The Expert/Senior Expert Services Manager is a senior role responsible for strategy, performance, and outcomes of enterprise retail media accounts. The role involves hands-on campaign planning and optimization across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, and other retail media networks. Key duties include investigating performance issues, advising senior client stakeholders, leading QBRs, building custom analyses, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive platform innovation. Required skills include deep expertise in retail media ownership, Amazon and Walmart full stack advertising, advanced AMC use, strong analytical skills, retail media ecosystem fluency, and use of generative AI tools like Claude. Preferred experience includes breadth across other retail media networks, agency background, coaching, commercial exposure, and familiarity with total commerce context. The position is US-based, hybrid work model, with up to 10-15% travel. Salary range is $100,000-120,000 plus bonus eligibility.
