Full job description
Corporate Counsel role at Pixalate, full-time, remote based in Singapore. Requires 5-7 years experience in corporate governance, contract law, and legal compliance under U.S. and international laws. Responsibilities include managing filings of financial and tax returns, drafting and negotiating SaaS subscription and intercompany agreements, leveraging governmental incentives, managing incorporation of international subsidiaries, drafting board resolutions, and supporting fundraising activities. Requirements include legal education (LLB, GLD, JD), bachelor's degree, familiarity with global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA), and experience with SaaS and startups.
