Full job description
Corporate Counsel role requiring 5-7 years experience in corporate governance, contract law, and legal compliance for SaaS businesses. Responsibilities include managing filings (financial, tax, VAT, R&D credits), drafting and negotiating subscription and intercompany agreements, supporting fundraising, and project managing international incorporations. Requires strong knowledge of data privacy laws, board resolutions, and OECD guidelines. Must have excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and legal education (LLB, GLD, JD). Startup and SaaS experience preferred.
