Full job description

Corporate Counsel role requiring 5-7 years of experience in corporate governance, contract law, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing filings of financial and tax returns, drafting and negotiating SaaS subscription and data licensing agreements, leveraging governmental incentives like R&D tax credits, managing incorporation of international subsidiaries, drafting intercompany agreements and board resolutions, and supporting fundraising activities such as Series A and venture debt raises. Requires excellent communication skills and collaboration across functions. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and legal education (LLB, GLD, JD), with preferred startup and SaaS experience and knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA).
