Full job description

Corporate Counsel role requiring 5-7 years experience in corporate governance, contract law, and legal compliance. Responsibilities include managing filings (financial, tax, VAT, R&D credits), drafting and negotiating SaaS subscription and data licensing agreements, incorporating international subsidiaries, drafting intercompany agreements and board resolutions, and supporting fundraising activities. Requires deep knowledge of SaaS agreements, intercompany agreements, data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA), and corporate governance. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Bachelor's degree and legal education required. Startup and SaaS experience preferred.
