Full job description
Corporate Counsel role at Pixalate, full-time, requiring 5-7 years of experience. Responsibilities include coordinating filings of financial and tax returns, managing SaaS subscription and data licensing agreements, leveraging governmental incentives for ROI, managing international affiliate incorporation, drafting intercompany agreements and board resolutions, and supporting fundraising activities. Requires deep knowledge of SaaS agreements, intercompany agreements, data privacy laws, and board resolutions. Must have a bachelor's degree and legal education (LLB, GLD, JD). Startup and SaaS experience preferred. Familiarity with global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA) required.
