Full job description
Pixalate seeks a senior Corporate Counsel with 5-7 years experience to manage corporate governance, legal compliance, and contract law for a multinational SaaS business. Responsibilities include preparing and filing financial and tax returns, managing SaaS subscription and data licensing agreements, leveraging governmental incentives like R&D tax credits, incorporating international subsidiaries, drafting intercompany agreements and board resolutions, and supporting fundraising activities. Requires strong knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA), corporate formalities, and cross-functional collaboration. Legal education (LLB, GLD, JD) and bachelor's degree required; startup and SaaS experience preferred.
