Full job description
Seeking a senior Corporate Counsel with 5-7 years experience in corporate governance, contract law, and legal compliance for SaaS businesses. Responsibilities include managing filings of financial and tax returns, drafting and negotiating subscription and intercompany agreements, leveraging governmental incentives, managing international incorporation projects, drafting board resolutions, and supporting fundraising activities. Requires excellent communication skills, legal education (LLB, GLD, JD), and familiarity with global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA).
