Pixalate seeks an experienced Contracts Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate technology and data licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, partnership deals, and vendor agreements. The role supports Sales, Finance, Product, and executive leadership to enable business transactions and manage legal risk. Responsibilities include managing contract lifecycle, advising on contract terms and data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), coordinating with outside counsel, and supporting corporate governance. Requirements include a JD, admission to a U.S. state bar, 4-7 years of relevant legal experience focused on commercial/technology transactions, strong contract negotiation skills, and knowledge of data privacy laws. Experience in adtech, martech, or digital media is preferred.
