Pixalate seeks an experienced Contracts Counsel to support commercial operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology and data licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, partnership deals, and vendor agreements. The role involves working with Sales, Finance, Product, and executive leadership to enable business transactions and manage legal risk. Responsibilities include managing contract lifecycle, advising on contract terms and data privacy obligations, developing contract templates, coordinating with outside counsel, and supporting corporate governance. Requires JD and admission to a U.S. state bar, 4-7 years legal experience focused on commercial/technology transactions, strong knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and experience in adtech or related fields. Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools is needed.
