Liftoff seeks a Commercial Legal Counsel to support the in-house legal department with contracts including Insertion Orders, third party contracts, and other legal needs. The role supports Commercial, Finance, and Accounting teams globally. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; collaborating with internal teams; maintaining contract tracking systems; ensuring contract compliance; improving contract templates; supporting approval processes; providing training on contract matters; and staying current on relevant laws. Requirements include 5-10 years of legal experience, a law degree, contract law expertise, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with contract management software, and ability to work in a global cross-functional team. Prior ad-tech experience is a plus. The position is a contract role with potential to become full-time, based in London or remote within the UK with occasional office visits.
