StackAdapt is hiring a Commercial Finance Lead to join the Commercial Finance team supporting North American revenue teams. This full-time remote role requires 5-6 years of post-professional qualification experience (CPA or equivalent) in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics, preferably in a high-growth or global tech environment. Responsibilities include deal reviews and governance, commercial business partnering, cross-functional coordination, and reporting excellence. Candidates must have advanced Excel skills, experience building complex financial models, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with AI, LLMs, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus. What you'll do
- Support revenue team with commercial negotiations through review and approval of deals and initiatives
- Create financial models to assess proposals and pricing options
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across the business
- Provide finance support to divisional and regional revenue leaders with detailed financial analysis and insights
- Collaborate across Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams for alignment on commercial activity, financial results, and forecasting
- Develop and maintain tools to track revenue and profitability performance against expectations
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify key trends, risks, and growth opportunities to guide leadership
Requirements
- 5–6 years post-professional qualification (CPA or equivalent) experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics
- Experience in a high-growth or global technology environment
- Proven ability to build complex financial models (pricing simulations, investment proposals, business cases)
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence and partner effectively with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel skills required; Google Sheets knowledge is a plus
- Experience with AI and LLMs is a significant plus
- Experience with data tools like Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and commercial tools is an asset
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, global environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
