Full job description

Verve is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to manage client relationships and campaign strategy for programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals. Responsibilities include managing client communication, partnering with Programmatic Operations for campaign setup and optimization, translating client objectives into campaign plans, analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining knowledge of client preferences and industry trends. Requirements include 1+ years experience in account management, client success, or programmatic advertising, strong understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, analytics platforms, excellent communication skills, organization, and a collaborative mindset. The role is full-time with a hybrid work environment based in New York City. Salary range is $65,000 to $85,000 USD. What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationships
  • Partner with the Programmatic Operations team to ensure flawless campaign setup, delivery, and optimizations
  • Translate client objectives into strategic campaign plans, providing insights and recommendations
  • Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable updates to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through upsells and cross-sells in collaboration with Sales
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client preferences, historical performance, and industry trends

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or programmatic advertising
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, analytics platforms, and performance reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on strategic storytelling
  • Highly organized and confident managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building lasting client relationships
