Full job description

Verve is seeking a Client Solutions Manager with 1+ years experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising. The role involves serving as the primary client contact for brand, agency, and publisher accounts, ensuring smooth campaign execution, client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales to develop and execute programmatic and digital media campaigns, providing clients with performance updates, and maintaining strong client relationships. Required skills include familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick), proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and CRM tools like Salesforce. The position is full-time with a hybrid work environment based in New York City. Salary range is $65,000 to $85,000 USD. What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Partner with Campaign Managers and Ad Operations to translate client goals into effective programmatic and digital media campaign strategies and flawless execution
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and maintain alignment on client needs and revenue growth
  • Provide clients with clear, actionable updates on pacing, performance, and optimizations to maximize ROI
  • Act as the bridge between clients, operations, and sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client history and campaign performance to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising
  • Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick)
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Curious and eager to understand advertising technology
