Verve is seeking a Client Solutions Manager with 1+ years experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising. The role involves serving as the primary client contact for key brand, agency, and publisher accounts to ensure seamless ad campaign execution, client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include building client relationships, collaborating with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales, translating client goals into programmatic campaign strategies, providing performance updates, and maintaining client knowledge. Required skills include familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick), proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and CRM tools like Salesforce. The position is full-time with a hybrid work environment based in New York City.
