Full job description

Kevel is hiring a Client Partner to manage key retail and commerce media customers. This full-time remote role (US-based) requires 4-6+ years experience in retail media or commerce platforms and involves owning retention and expansion targets, operationalizing commerce media strategies, leading business reviews, and driving product adoption. The role demands strong commercial acumen, executive communication skills, and deep understanding of retail media monetization. What you'll do

  • Own retention and expansion targets across commerce media accounts, partnering with Strategy Leads on growth planning and commercial execution
  • Operationalize commerce media strategies across onsite, offsite, and data monetization programs to drive advertiser adoption and revenue growth
  • Lead business reviews, maturity assessments, and monetization planning sessions with senior retail media stakeholders
  • Translate growth strategy into platform adoption, product utilization, and measurable performance outcomes
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client operator managing cadence calls, troubleshooting, onboarding, product adoption, and demos
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Solutions Architects, and Product to execute expansion initiatives and deliver customer value

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years experience in retail media or commerce platforms
  • Experience working directly with retailers or marketplaces
  • Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset
  • Comfortable co-owning expansion targets
  • Executive presence and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of retail media monetization models
