Verve is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Chief of Staff to partner with the COO. The role involves driving alignment across leadership, managing key planning cycles, executing cross-functional projects, preparing executive communications, streamlining decision-making, identifying operational inefficiencies, and bridging communication between technical and commercial teams. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategic operations, or executive office roles, preferably with exposure to ad tech, martech, media, or SaaS, and a strong understanding of digital advertising trends. The position is full-time, senior level, and hybrid based in New York City.
