Full job description

Role: Campaign Manager based in India. Responsibilities include managing delivery targets across programmatic DSP and paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) for mobile app campaigns, owning P&L targets, monitoring performance with data analysis and optimization, managing full campaign lifecycle for UA and Retargeting, handling platform-specific campaign structures and bidding strategies, expanding knowledge across app verticals and creative formats, translating MMP data into optimizations, collaborating with multiple internal teams, and providing feedback for product and feature development. Required skills include knowledge of app performance advertising, RTB, paid social ecosystem, hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat campaigns, proficiency with platform tools and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), advanced data analysis skills, ability to manage creative feedback, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. What you'll do

  • Achieve delivery targets across programmatic DSP platform and paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) for mobile app campaigns, owning P&L target achievement end-to-end
  • Monitor performance and scale across all channels including data analysis, granular optimization, and reporting against KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and SKAN/MMP-attributed metrics
  • Own full campaign lifecycle on paid social platforms from audience strategy, creative briefing, campaign build to bid management, budget pacing, and post-campaign analysis for User Acquisition and Retargeting objectives
  • Manage Meta Advantage+ and standard campaign structures, TikTok App Campaign types, and Snapchat Goal-Based Bidding with strong grasp of platform auction dynamics and algorithm behavior
  • Understand and expand scope across advertiser app verticals, programmatic supply, data integration, deep linking, dynamic creatives, and platform-native creative formats
  • Translate MMP data (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) into actionable optimizations across DSP and paid social channels, ensuring correct attribution windows, SKAdNetwork configurations, and postback mappings
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, TSE, Creative/Design, Supply, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance teams
  • Partner with Product Management, Tech, and Data Science to provide feedback, drive feature development, and ensure smooth testing and rollout including incrementality tests, A/B creative experiments, and audience split studies
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities by synthesizing data across platforms into actionable narratives for internal teams and external clients

Requirements

  • Holistic knowledge of app performance advertising, RTB environments, and the paid social ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience running mobile UA and retargeting campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Strong command of platform-specific tools: Meta Ads Manager (including Advantage+ Catalog, Custom Audiences, CAPI), TikTok Ads Manager (including Events API, TikTok Pixel, Audience Insights), and Snapchat Ads Manager (including Snap Pixel, Snap Audience Match)
  • Deep understanding of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), SSPs, DSPs
  • Advanced data interpretation and analysis skills
  • Ability to independently manage creative feedback loops and work with design teams
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and creative problem solving
  • Strong process, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder-facing reporting and client calls
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables)
  • Comfortable working with large data sets to extract insights quickly and surface optimization signals
