Full job description

The Business Solutions Partner (BSP) role is client-facing, focused on helping clients unlock value from Pacvue’s platform by identifying solutions to business challenges and providing structured product feedback. The BSP works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams across the client lifecycle. Responsibilities include client engagement, technical solutioning, product feedback collection, roadmap contribution, and supporting go-to-market initiatives. The role requires regular travel across the UK and Europe. Candidates should have hands-on experience with programmatic advertising and DSP platforms, familiarity with Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk is a plus, and a solid understanding of retail media and full-funnel advertising. Strong client-facing skills, structured thinking, and clear communication are essential. Open to candidates based in the UK, France, or Germany.

What you'll do

  • Engage with clients as the technical face of Pacvue, identifying platform solutions for business challenges
  • Work directly with clients to understand objectives, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and agency teams to support engagements and post-sales technical guidance
  • Communicate platform capabilities to diverse audiences in person and virtually
  • Travel regularly to client sites, industry events, and team meetings across EMEA
  • Support opportunities across the full funnel from pre-sales discovery to expansion
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collect and structure product feedback from client interactions
  • Build consolidated, prioritized views of client needs
  • Translate client use cases into clear product requirements
  • Contribute to regular VOC reporting on features, integrations, UX, and data
  • Participate in EMEA alpha/beta programs to gather feedback and close the loop with product teams
  • Flag expansion opportunities linked to product gaps or unmet client needs
  • Support GTM initiatives and product launches, especially in non-Amazon Retail Media, programmatic, and DSP
  • Contribute to enablement sessions, playbooks, and solution guides for Sales and internal teams
  • Develop practical content such as demos, ROI models, and talking points
  • Share competitive and market observations to inform product and GTM strategy

Requirements

  • Solid grounding in programmatic advertising
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic and DSP platforms
  • Familiarity with Amazon DSP is a plus
  • Experience with The Trade Desk is valued
  • Solid understanding of retail media and full-funnel advertising
  • Confidence in client-facing situations
  • Ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and translate client needs into actionable recommendations
  • Structured thinking and clear communication
  • Experience in brand media teams, ad tech, retail media, solutions consulting, agency, or related commercial or operational environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA
  • Open to candidates based in United Kingdom, France or Germany
